Madras High Court Sends Notice To Actor Vishal

Vishal is a well-known actor across South India. Various films of his done a decent business in the Telugu States. Recently a case has been filed by Trident Arts stating that Vishal has made an agreement with their production to do a film under their banner.

Vishal has completed a film titled Chakra under his own production and now he started talks with the OTT Platform to sell the digital rightsand release it directly on OTT platform in various languages. His last film Action was made with a huge budget of ₹40Crs but it only collected ₹12Crs according to the producer. The agreement between the Trident Arts and Vishal was 20Crs guarantee on Action film. Failing the agreement and Vishal was asked to respond to Madras High court by tomorrow (Thursday). As of now Vishal has no right to sell the Digital rights of Chakra for direct OTT release.
