A petition for Lunch Motion Hearing has been requested by advocates Niranjan Reddy Ashok Reddy for Allu Arjun. The police arrested the actor in the case of a stampede incident that happened during the screening of Pushpa 2 premiere show in Sandhya 70MM theater in Hyderabad. A woman named Revathi had died, and her son was under hospital treatment following the incident. Police took serious note of this and have already arrested the management of Sandhya 70MM.
The advocates of Allu Arjun applied at the Justice Juvvadi Sridevi court to allow a Lunch Motion Hearing on Allu Arjun’s petition. The
lawyers requested the court to issue orders to not arrest Allu Arjun until Monday. The additional public prosecutor said he would ask the police and then decide at 2.30 p.m. Therefore, the trial was adjourned to 2.30 pm.
Police today went straight into the house of Allu Arjun and took him into custody. They have also levelled a culpable homicide case against the Actor under 105,118(1), r/w 3(5) BNS act.
