‘Super Star’ Mahesh Babu’s action drama film Guntur Kaaram (2024) was an average grosser at the box office. The film’s music, composed by Thaman, received mixed reception from fans and audiences.

Expectedly, the video song clocked massive viewership on YouTube in no time, thus becoming the 2nd fastest Telugu song to achieve the 200-million-view mark after ‘Oo Antava’ from Pushpa: The Rise (2021); Kurchi Madathapetti achieved this landmark in a span of 78 days.
