Pawan Kalyan’s upcoming movie with Samuthirakani is finally taking shape. After months of delays, there were speculations that the film was about to be shelved. However, director Samuthirakani late last year confirmed that the project is on. The film will also star Sai Dharam Tej and Ketika Sharma has been finalized as the female lead.
Ketika Sharma was last seen in Vaishnav Tej starter Ranga Ranga Vaibhavanga and also played lead in Romantic. While the film failed to impress the audience, the actress’s popularity has risen considerably with several filmmakers showing interest in casting her.
A remake of Samuthirakani’s fantasy comedy-drama Vinodhaya Sitham, this film will be written by Trivikram. Pawan had shown interest in Samuthirakani’s Tamil film Vinodhaya Sitham on its release. The film was released directly on OTT and garnered rave reviews from all quarters. Samuthirakani’s performance in particular received great applause and also impressed the Powerstar.
The film follows the life of an egoist person who after dying in a road accident requests 90 more days to live. How he changes his life and becomes a better and more likable person. It starred Thambi Ramaiah in a key role along with Samuthirakani who played the role of ‘God of Time’.
