Jailer’s Telugu and Tamil television premieres receive good ratings. Superstar Rajinikanth’s Jailer created a history on Television. It became the first ever Indian film to have a television premiere in all languages at the same time. The movie premiered on Sun TV in Tamil, Gemini TV in Telugu, Star Gold India Channel in Hindi, and Udaya TV in Kannada during the Diwali festival.
The movie premiered during the Diwali festival, and it is widely known that it was a massive blockbuster at the box office in Tamil and Telugu. In Telugu, the film collected 90Cr+ Gross worldwide; in Tamil, it collected 500Cr+ Gross. For all versions, Jailer has collected 625 gross worldwide.
The movie received a massive response on Amazon Prime Video by trending at the number one position in many countries for a more extended period. The television premieres also delivered good ratings. Jailer’s Tamil version got 15.59 TRP in U+R Area With 12.5 million Impressions. The Telugu version got 6.3 TRP In Urban and 5.39 TRP In U+R Markets.
Nelson Dilipkumar’s Jailer featured a stellar cast that includes Mohanlal, Shiva Rajkumar, Jackie Shroff, Tamannaah Bhatia, Ramya Krishnan, Mirnaa Menon, Vinayakan, and Sunil. This Sun Pictures production had the music composed by Anirudh Ravichander.
