Currently, the team is busy filming a schedule in Kerala with all the lead cast. The latest addition to the cast is Malayalam Actor, Fahadh Faasil.
It is also learned that Jailer 2 will retain the prominent cast of Jailer. SJ Suryah is also said to be playing a crucial role in the film. Now, Fahadh Faasil is all set to deliver a stunning performance alongside him. The buzz is this character will contain a negative shade. There are also talks of Balakrishna being approached for a role.
Fahadh Faasil has recently worked with Rajinikanth in his Vettaiyan, and this combo also worked out well. In this film, both the Actors were together and now they will clash in Jailer 2. The film is currently slated for release during the summer season of 2026.
