Indian 2/Bharateeyudu 2, the much-awaited sequel of yesteryear’s cult classic, Indian/Bharateeyudu is finally arriving this year in June. The film has been in shooting for many years for various reasons. Director Shankar became busy with his upcoming film, Game Changer. This also delayed the film’s release. Now fans can rest.
The film was originally planned to release this summer but now has been postponed to June and the team is planning to release it on the occasion of Bakrid. The team may announce the official release date in the coming days as well. News is the update may come during the Tamil New Year Day on 14th April. The teaser of the film was released already.
Fans and the Audience are quite angry at Shankar for delaying the film and going on with his Game Changer which is also taking time. He has been simultaneously directing both films. Game Changer’s song released after many postponements. The song featured Ram Charan and Kiara Advani dancing amid an exotic set built just for the song. But Indian 2 which started shooting many years ago had no song release. This is a bit disappointing issue. Shankar must stop postponing everything and give time-to-time updates to the fans.
