Hero Nagarjuna fires on a director for wasting the time

It is very well known to everyone that Akkineni Nagarjuna has not announced his next project after The Ghost (2022). There were many directors names appeared for his next film, but none were officially confirmed. However, Prasanna Kumar Bezawada who happens to be the writer of Raviteja’s blockbuster Dhamaka was almost confirmed to helm the next film of Nagarjuna, but according to the report’s Nagarjuna was unhappy with the director, and he fired on him for wasting the time.

Writer Prasanna Kumar Bezawada has planned to debut as a director with Nagarjuna’s new film, and he came up with a remake story with suitable made according to the Telugu audiences taste.

Nagarjuna thought that the director had the official rights of the original film of Malayalam, and he liked the story very much, and he even said they can start the film by targeting the release date of Sankranthi. However, things did not work out as per the plans, which made Nagarjuna furious.

Because the film got hit by Controversy regarding the remake rights. Reportedly the remake rights of the film were already bought by another person and Bezawada Prasanna Kumar had no rights with him, which does not allow him to do the remake. This issue got dragged for months and the time of Nagarjuna was wasted. Nagarjuna fired on the director for wasting the time, and he came out of the project. Now he is listening to other directors’ scripts for the next film.
