Manchu Vishnu’s Ginna was released in theatres last Friday and the response has been shocking. There is no interest among the audience to watch the film and the response has been very poor. Manchu Vishnu has also been subject to a lot of trolls and Ginna has been brutally trolled on social media.
To add to the trolling, Manchu Vishnu has come out with yet another outrageous statement. In one of his interviews, Vishnu said this, “Ginna would have collected 100 crores in Hindi if we released it.” When an actor whose film is struggling to collect even single-digit shares says things like this, maybe the trolling is justified.
He also went on to add that ever since the time of his Dhee movie, he has always had a strong fanbase in Hindi. Vishnu also mentioned that his movies like Doosukeltha and Denikaina Ready have propelled his stardom in Hindi. “My film Dynamite has had the highest number of TRPs on Sony Max. It is the highest for any film.”
He further said that his friends always mock him by saying that he should make a Telugu film and dub it and release it in Hindi because of his strong market in the North. Looking at the current state of Ginna in theatres, either Vishnu Manchu is deluded or we are blind.
