SSMB29 is one of the biggest films in the Telugu Film Industry. As we know it is being made in the combination of Mahesh Babu and Rajamouli. Rajamouli’s father and Acclaimed writer KV Vijayendra Prasad had earlier confirmed that a real life incident inspired the movie. “Yes, you can write it. It’s an adventure story, which will roll next year,” he had said.
We now have another interesting update on this much awaited collaboration. We have heard that this Rajamouli and Mahesh Babu film is being developed as a franchise.
Vijayendra Prasad further shared that they are in the process of finalizing the script of the first part. When he was asked that whether the film will have Sequels, KV Vijayendra Prasad in a recent interview said, “Of course. Sequels will follow.” He further added that while the story in these sequels will change, the central characters will remain the same.
Inside sources also revealed that in this film there will be hard-core action sequences present which will be more effective than the previous SSR films.
Earlier, while talking about casting the superstar actor in the film, Prasad had stated that Mahesh Babu is a an extremely intense actor. “If you see his action scenes, he is deeply intense and that’s a good thing for any writer,” Prasad had spoken.
Vijayendra Prasad had again added that Rajamouli wanted to do a forest adventure film for a long time, but he never got the chance to carry out it. But now he feels that Mahesh Babu is the best choice for a forest adventure movie, and that’s how they started writing for the film.
Mahesh is likewise very excited to work with SS Rajamouli, and he had said that it’s a dream come true for him. He had stated that doing one film with the Rajamouli is like taking up 25 films at once.
Meanwhile, Mahesh will resume shooting for the Trivikram Srinivas directorial from January 2023. Besides Mahesh Babu, the film also features Pooja Hegde in the lead and Thaman S will score music for the film.
