Suriya’s Kanguva title announcement video has filled Suriya’s as well as all Kollywood fans with renewed energy. The announcement video has been received well by the audience and many have been surprised by director Siva’s ability to pull off such a thing.
Siva is an out-and-out mass director known for packing films with commercial elements and hero elevations in the traditional style. The director, who has given several hits has been off track in the recent past and his recent film Annaatthe with Superstar Rajinikanth turned out to be a massive failure at the box office.
After this debacle, when he announced his next project with Suriya to be a big-budget period film, it didn’t attract excitement as expected. The announcement was met with skepticism as this is not Siva’s forte.
But everything is striking gold for the film ever since. The digital rights were sold for a massive price and the title teaser that was released yesterday has brought a terrific response and has overshadowed many directors who failed to get this quality VFX for their films. The Kanguva title teaser has showcased good VFX and it’s receiving a unanimous positive response.
