Aamir Khan’s Laal Singh Chaddha opened to poor reviews with the film registering disastrous openings worldwide. This biographical drama film had extremely poor occupancies in 5400+ screens and resulted in worst ever opening for an Aamir movie in the last 10 years.
Meanwhile, from the result of the film, it now appears that Megastar Chiranjeevi did forsee this result. Aamir had requested Chiranjeevi to release the film in Telugu states and has set up a show for Chiranjeevi and a few other Tollywood stars.
In an interview, Chiranjeevi mentioned that the film is slow and that people should watch it with a lot of patience. Now everyone is feeling Chiranjeevi knew the result of the movie before only and just for the Aamir khan request he has released the film in Telugu states.
Laal Singh Chaddha also stars Kareena Kapoor and Mona Singh and is an official remake of Tom Hanks’ 1994 Hollywood classic Forrest Gump. The movie has been remade to suit to Indian nativity and also features a came from Bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan.
