Amidst this scenario, a complaint has been lodged against people spreading hate about the film and the actor. Vijay’s personal manager, Anurag Parvathaneni, and fans association president Nishant Kumar are reportedly the key people behind this act. According to them, a section of social media has been consistently spreading negative comments and trolls about the film.
Even before the film’s release, a targeted negative campaign for the film was engineered by these people on social media, which affected its advance bookings and eventually its footfall. The Madhapur Police Force has promised to take strict action against the culprits involved in this issue. Bankrolled by ace producer ‘Dil’ Raju, The Family Star features Mrunal Thakur as the female lead.
