The release of Chandramukhi 2 by P Vasu, featuring Raghava Lawrence and Kangana Ranaut, on September 28th was met with excitement among the audience. Although the response to the film has been negative, Chandramukhi 2 is doing has performed decently at the worldwide box office in its extended 5-day weekend.
Despite all negativity, the film does well in Tamil language. In Tamil Nadu the film has collected 24Cr gross in 5 days, and in Telugu states the movie has received poor numbers with around 7.5Cr gross. In Kerala, the movie has collected 65L gross, Karnataka 2.25 Cr and the rest of India’s number is 1.6 Cr. The film has gathered total 36Cr Gross from India.
In Overseas the film opened with extraordinary numbers as in Malaysia, it collected more than 4Cr Gross and the other territories gross will be in the range of 4Cr approx. The Total Overseas Gross is around 8Cr and the worldwide gross of Chandramukhi 2 is at 44Cr, which is a decent weekend for the film at the box office.

The music for the movie is composed by MM Keeravani and Chandramukhi 2 is being released by Sri Lakshmi Movies banner in both Telugu states.
