Energetic Star Ram’s The Warrior is up for release on 14th July and Ram, as well as director Lingusamy, are confident of the final product. The movie has created significant buzz in the trade circles and has done a record pre-release business making it the highest of Ram’s career.

Theatrical rights for Ceeded have fetched the makers Rs 6 crores while the Andhra region has been sold for a massive Rs 18 crores. Nizam region has been acquired in the Rs 12-13 crores range. The Telugu version rights will be in the range of Rs 40 crores making it the best theatrical business in Ram’s career.

The distributors and exhibitors are hoping that the film will be able to pull Telugu cinema out of the slump it is currently facing. The small and medium films that have released in June have suffered a terrible fate.

All these films including Ante Sundaraniki and Pakka Commercial faced huge losses as the audience is not interested to watch these movies in theatres because of OTT. Adding to this, back-to-back biggies in the first half of the year have added fatigue for the film lovers and they are now only interested in quality content.

Now the trade circles have pinned hopes on Ram’s The Warrior and are praying this film will bring the audience to theatres and will open big at the box office
