The big day for RRR team is finally here and the nominations for The Academy Awards aka The Oscars will be announced today. After grabbing the Golden Globe Award recently, MM Keeravani is one of the front runners to be nominated for the Best Original Song. RRR has performed well during the ongoing awards season and even won big at Critics Choice Awards.
In addition to this, there is a buzz going on about Jr NTR’s nomination for the Best Actor category. USA Today has shortlisted Jr NTR as one of the hottest contenders for Best Actor at Oscars. The website has predicted that Jr NTR’s Komaram Bheem performance in ‘RRR’ will not go unnoticed by the Academy when it gets down to vote for the shortlists for the 95th Academy Awards.
Earlier, Jr NTR was also mentioned by ‘Variety’ among their unranked predictions for the 2023 Academy Awards. While Naatu Naatu remains the strongest hope for RRR team’s Oscar mission, it needs to be seen if there are any surprise nominations in other categories. The Oscar nominations will be out today at 7 pm. The movie unit has done all the hard work and campaigning and now it needs to be seen if it achieves its target.
