In any Film industry, Sentiments and track records are considered as one of the crucial points with regard to the movie’s results. Likewise, the Telugu Film Industry also takes these issues seriously. For example, if a Hero and Director have more than 2,3 hit films in their combination then they will be called as hit combo. The same goes with two heroes clashing at the same time of release and if a hero shows the upper hand on the other one, then it will be taken seriously until the record is reversed by the other hero.
Nandamuri Balakrishna is definitely a bigger star than Mass Maharaja Raviteja but whenever these two stars have clashed at the box office, Balakrishna has delivered big failures and Raviteja emerged as a winner. This year, Dasara going to witness another clash between Raviteja and Balakrishna and fans are hoping he will score a hit and take revenge this time.
In 2008, Balakrishna’s Okka Magadu and Raviteja’s Krishna were released. Okka Magadu had a huge buzz before the release because YVs Chowdary was the director. However, the film opened to a disastrous response and eventually bombed at the box office. Raviteja’s Krishna was a super hit back then and entertained the audience.
After that, both the heroes clashed again in 2009 Summer with Balayya releasing Mitrudu and Raviteja releasing Kick. This time also Mitrudu became a miserable failure, while Kick became the career biggest hit for Raviteja. The third clash of these heroes happened on the occasion of Sankranthi 2011, where Parama Vera Chakra and Mirapakay were released in competition. PVC was a terrible disaster and Mirapakai became a good hit.
Overall, all the 3 times when both the heroes clashed, Raviteja has emerged as the clear winner. Now once again, Raviteja’s Tiger Nageswara Rao and Balakrishna’s NBK108 are all set to be released on Dasara 2023. So now the question in everyone’s mind is whether Balakrishna reverses the sentiment and takes the revenge or not. Well, to know that we have to wait for 5 months of time.
