Recently, there are many producers who are not interested in giving the rights of their movies in Nizam area to Dil Raju because of his different calculations on the movies based on different terms, and it looks like one more producer has joined the list who has no interest to deal with Dil Raju in Nizam distribution.
It is very well known to everyone that Anil Sunkara is the producer of Akhil Akkineni’s upcoming film Agent and according to the reports, he is in plans to release the film on his own through a distributor by commission basis and Dil Raju team expected that they will get this offer, but it looks like Sunkara is not interested to give the rights of his movie Dil Raju and it is said that he is looking for another distributor for the job.
Dil Raju is not only one of the top producers, but he is also the no1 distributor in Nizam and in the recent past he has felt the heat of the competition as other production houses have entered the distribution field. The main reason for this is said to be Dil Raju’s different calculations for different movies based on the terms.
According to the inside reports, Dil Raju will show record figures in the Nizam collections of a movie if it is produced by him, as he will also be the distributor of the film. He also follows the same policy for a movie, which he buys for an outright amount. But if Dil Raju needs to share the profits of a particular film with the Producer, then the calculations in the collections will be different for the film.
It is being said that Dil Raju will show the collections in fewer numbers if he has to share the profits with the producer. Moreover, according to the inside circles of the industry, it is being said that if he releases a movie on a commission basis, the situation will be entirely different, and he will show very fewer numbers citing multiple reasons.
First it was Mythri movies production house which opposed Dil Raju and Anil Sunkara has joined the list. Now we will have to wait and see which producer will join this list and how Dil Raju will handle the competition from them.
