Allu Arjun is basking on all the popularity and success brought by Pushpa. The ‘Icon Star’ has now become extremely popular on social media and the north market. To cash in on this popularity, brands are lining up in front of Allu Arjun and collaborating with him.

One such new brand under the Icon Star’s belt is ‘Zomato’. The ad featuring the actor was released earlier today. This campaign, however, has drawn backlash for a certain statement made by Allu Arjun. He could be seen fighting with Subbaraju in the ad and punches the latter that sends him flying. While in the air, Allu Arjun says that it is a south cinema hence it will take some more time in air.

This statement is being seen as demeaning by many. Netizens have lashed out at Zomato and the actor for this portrayal of South Cinema with some even stating the success of Pushpa in north has gotten to Bunny’s head.

Meanwhile, Pushpa is on a winning spree breaking one barrier after another in other languages. Despite receiving mixed reviews, the revenue that it has generated in other languages is massive. There is no doubt that Bunny is the sole driving factor behind Pushpa’s success. Allu Arjun showcased a one-man show during the promotions up north and is the sole reason for the movie doing so well in other languages.
