Icon Star Allu Arjun is a busy man these days. The actor is looking to finish up the balance portions of Pushpa and will then move on to his next film Icon. Directed by Venu Sriram, Icon will be a pan India film and will go on floors in October once Allu Arjun wraps up Pushpa.
Meanwhile, the makers of Icon are considering Pooja Hegde as the lead opposite the Icon Star. Ala Vaikunthapurramlo pair was well appreciated for their chemistry and it will be interesting to see how Venu Sriram deals with the lead pair.
Producer Dil Raju confirmed that the script work has been done and that both he and Venu are waiting for Allu Arjun to finish his commitments before they take the movie on floors. Expressing happiness over the script work, Raju said that the script is quite emotional and bound to touch hearts. He added that it’s a matter of pride that such a subject is coming out of his production house.
