Icon Star Allu Arjun said that the National Award for Pushpa is a double achievement for him. It is widely known that his trademark dialogues and mannerism from Pushpa: The Rise created a sensation around the world, and he became the first Tollywood actor to win a National Film Award. Today, the award ceremony in New Delhi was attended by him, his wife Sneha Reddy, and the producers of the film.
He shared his feelings with the media after receiving this prestigious award. “This moment is beyond words. I’m truly humbled and honored. Receiving this award for a commercial film like ‘Pushpa’ is a double achievement for me. He concluded his speech by reciting the film’s iconic dialogue, Taggede Le, while gesturing it.
After that, Allu Arjun received the best actor award in the history of Telugu cinema for the last 70 years. He received the Prestigious award from Indian President Droupadi Murmu. Allu Arjun is set to play the Pushpa Raj’s role again in the sequel, Pushpa 2: The Rule, which is currently in production and scheduled to be released on August 15, 2024. The movie stars Rashmika Mandanna, Fahadh Faasil, Anasuya Bharadwaj, Jagadeesh, and Sunil in pivotal roles. Pushpa 2 is produced by Mythri Movie Makers, featuring music by Devi Sri Prasad.
