B- Town got another Covid scare as superstar Akshay Kumar tested positive for Covid. Akshay took to Twitter to share the news of his health update on Sunday. The actor has placed himself in-home quarantine and is taking all necessary precautions.
The 53-year-old actor who is one of the busiest on Bollywood is gearing up for multiple releases this year. He will be next seen in Rohit Shetty’s cop drama Suryavanshi. Akshay’s Covid diagnosis happened when he was shooting for Ram Setu. He will be seen playing an archeologist in this adventure film. Akshay will also be seen in films such as Prithviraj, Bachchan Pandey, and Raksha Bandhan.
Recently, Bollywood celebs such as Amitabh Bachchan, Alia Bhatt, Fatima Sana Shaikh, Paresh Rawal, among others also tested positive for COVID-19.
