Actress Trisha Krishnan is the latest member of the film industry to test positive for COVID-19. Covid cases are on the rise in India once again. A lot of celebrities have contracted the virus this time around.
Trisha is the latest member to complain about contacting COVID-19. Just a few days ago Mahesh Babu took to Twitter to tell his fans that he has tested positive for the virus. Yesterday, leading music director Thaman S also tested positive for COVID-19.
Trisha told her fans on Twitter that despite taking all precautionary measures she tested positive just a little before New Year’s time. She said that she had almost all symptoms associated with the virus, and experienced the most difficult week of her life.
The good news is that she is actively recovering and is out of danger. The actress urged people to take their vaccines and wear masks. She will be flying back home once she tests negative.
On the work front, Trisha has signed an exciting web series with Sony Liv. It is an investigative thriller titled Brinda. She also recently wrapped up shooting for Mani Ratnam’s magnum opus Ponniyan Selvan- Part 1 and is shooting for Mohanlal starrer Ram.
