Aamir Khan’s next venture Laal Singh Chaddha’s Telugu version rights have been bagged by Allu Aravind. Laal Singh Chaddha is an official adaptation of the American cult classic film Forrest Gump starring Tom Hanks.
From the first looks and the trailer of the film, it promises an entertaining comedy-drama. Allu Aravind has seen potential in the project and has decided to invest in it. The producer believes that Aamir’s following in the Telugu states will rake in numbers for the movie.
Naga Chaitanya is also playing a key role in the movie which will undoubtedly bring more Telugu audiences into the cinema halls. Allu Aravind’s last Hindi venture to hit the big screens, Jersey, failed miserably at the box office. He will be hoping that Laal Singh Chaddha turns out to be a success.
Laal Singh Chaddha also stars Manav Vij and Kareena Kapoor in lead roles. Atul Kulkarni is the writer of the movie and Advait Chandan is the director of the movie. It will hit the big screens on August 11th 2022.
