Abhiram’s debut film, Ahimsa, is now streaming on OTT. It is widely known that Daggubati Rana’s brother Abhiram debuted with Ahimsa, which Teja directed. Director Teja said that he tortured Abhiram on the sets to bring the best performance from him as he had promised the late Ramanaidu Garu.
Despite such an intense approach from Teja to train Abhiram, the result was disastrous as the film failed to bring a minimum amount of audience to the theatres and ended up as a massive disaster at the box office. Abhiram’s debut film, Ahimsa, is now streaming on OTT, on Prime Video.
Every film is coming on OTT within four weeks from the theatrical release. From small to big-budget movies, within 30-40 days of their release in theatres, they are being released on the digital platform.
But Ahimsa has come to OTT after a six-month gap from its theatrical release. Abhiram’s debut film, Ahimsa, is now streaming on OTT. The strange thing is the film premiered on Television on December 3rd.
The film was released in theatres on June 2 this year. But it ultimately failed to get the attention of the audience. Daggubati Abhiram was paired with Geetika Tiwari in the film. RP Patnaik has composed the music.
