Sree Leela, the present sensational actress, plays the female lead role in the film. The movie has completed Censor formalities and obtained a U/A Certificate, and it also has a short runtime of 2 hours and 9 minutes.

He said that Tirupathi Sandhya Theatre will host Aadikeshava’s first premiere as a sentiment. Usually, the premieres will happen in big stations, but for a mass film, the better word of mouth comes from mass stations, B and C Centers. The Paid Premieres have primarily happened in big stations like Hyderabad, Vizag, Vijayawada, Guntur, and Tirupathi. It is a daring move from the producers of Aadikeshava to plan Paid Premieres for a mass movie.
