Prabhas’ Project K is one of the biggest and most anticipated releases in the coming few months. The makers of the film have previously announced that the film is expected to release during Sankranthi 2024.
But many thought that since Project K will require heavy VFX and due to the fact that a large part of the shoot is still pending, it will probably be postponed. As a result, many films seemed to have entered the Sankranthi race.
But now the makers are saying that the film will be 100% released during Sankranthi itself. This has turned out to be a huge dilemma in the industry circles. If Project K comes for Sankranthi, then it is likely that only Project K and Mahesh Babu’s Guntur Kaaram will enter the Sankranthi race.
But, if by any chance, Project K is postponed, then multiple films are expected to release. For example, just yesterday, the makers of Hanuman announced that they will be entering the Sankranthi race. But it is likely that they will postpone the release, depending on Project K’s arrival.
Project K is a sci-fi action thriller mounted on a huge budget. Apart from Prabhas, the film also stars ace Indian actors like Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan, and Kamal Haasan. It has been written and directed by Nag Aswin and produced by Vyjayanthi Movies.
