Peddi and The Paradise: Rumors on Delays Continue

0

Ram Charan’s Peddi and Nani’s The Paradise are announced for a March-end release, but there have been continuous rumors in industry circles that both movies may not arrive on the scheduled dates.

The makers keep denying these rumors, but the same buzz continues in the industry that Peddi and The Paradise might come on the said dates. We need to see who will finally turn out to be right.

Both films are big-budget pan-India productions currently in the shooting phase. Even the makers of Ustaad Bhagat Singh have refrained from announcing their release date, as they anticipate a potential postponement for either Ram Charan’s or Nani’s movie and are planning to release if that happens.

For any biggie, the end of March is the best release date, as it comes with many public holidays and marks the start of the summer season.

Tere Ishk Mein Passes Weekday Test

0

The latest intense love story from Bollywood, Tere Ishk Mein, did very well on the 1st weekend, and the film passed the crucial weekday test by showing a strong hold at the box office on its 4th day.

With 51 Cr net in the Hindi version and 3 Cr+ net in Tamil, the film takes the 1st weekend total net to 54 Cr and gross to 63 Cr. If we add 6 Cr gross from overseas, it takes the worldwide gross to 69 Cr.

On its 4th day and 1st weekday, Tere Ishk Mein holds really well with maintaining more than 50% collections from the opening day. For 4 days, the total worldwide gross will be close to 80 Cr. The film is all set to do 100 Cr gross in the 1st week itself.

If the film sees a hold on the 2nd weekend, then it might even end as Dhanush’s career’s biggest grosser, beating Raayan. Dhanush scores a very big blockbuster in Bollywood again.

Tomorrow, the film is expected to be bigger than Monday due to Tuesday’s offers likely to score a double-digit net.

iBomma Case: Producer Naga Vamsi Slams Audience

0

Naga Vamsi, who is known for his bold or controversial statements, once again fires off with another banger statement, this time calling out how social media has killed the magic of our ’90s nostalgia. He even takes a dig at the same platforms that branded iBomma Ravi as ‘Robin Hood’ during the Epic movie’s Teaser Glimpse Launch event.

This is certainly a valid point in Naga Vamsi’s statement, as audiences and some sections of social media, even some public leaders, supported the iBomma piracy site and said that Immadi Ravi did not do anything wrong.

There is nothing wrong with voicing concerns about the high ticket prices, but seeing industry people as criminals and supporting the people who are committing real crimes and giving elevations to them like Robinhood is not at all a good thing.

The public’s misconception about the film industry worsens the distance between the two parties

Not only piracy sites, but the police said that iBomma Ravi even stole the public’s personal data, which would lead them to betting apps, and he even sold the personal data of the public along with pirating the movies. All these are illegal activities; still, if he is being elevated as a hero, then it is a very bad thing or situation.

Observing the public mindset, a significant portion has stopped going to theaters due to exorbitant ticket prices over the past decade. Furthermore, many hold a negative view of the film industry, seeing it as a money-grabbing industry with millionaires who disregard society and common people.

Due to this misconception, people support anyone against movies or those who harm them. However, filmmakers, producers, and industry insiders often unnecessarily offend the public by comparing ticket prices to food or other items, attempting to justify exorbitant pricing.

Mrunal Thakur Shuts Down Dating Talks

0

Mrunal Thakur won the hearts of Telugu audiences with films like Sita Ramam, and Hi Nanna has frequently been in the news because of dating rumours. Recently, reports claimed that she was in a relationship with Tamil star Dhanush. Now, fresh rumours have linked her with Team India’s star batter Shreyas Iyer. Mrunal has finally responded to these speculations.

At a time when rumours of a relationship between Mrunal Thakur and Shreyas Iyer were circling, the actress posted an interesting message on social media. Sharing an Instagram story, she wrote: “They talk, we laugh… All these rumours are just free PR stunts. I love PR stuff.”

Stories about Mrunal Thakur’s love life and marriage often go viral. Not long ago, rumours surfaced that she was going to marry Akkineni actor Sumanth. During the release of the Hindi remake of Jersey, she expressed admiration for a star cricketer, which led to rumours of a relationship with him. Later, reports claimed she was dating Dhanush. Although they did not work together in a film, their appearances at parties sparked further speculation. Mrunal eventually clarified that Dhanush is just a good friend, putting an end to those rumours.

Now, with new reports linking her to Shreyas Iyer, she has once again shut down the gossip through Instagram with a funny post, saying that she and her friends simply laugh at such rumours.

Akhanda 2: Massive Action, Big Scale, Pure Devotion — Makers Share Exclusive Highlights

0

Balakrishna and Boyapati Sreenu’s much-awaited film, Akhanda 2, is all set to have a grand worldwide theatrical release in a few days. The film’s producers, Ram Achanta and Gopi Achanta, shared key details about the film in a media interaction.

How did the Akhanda 2 project begin?

We produced Legend. That film was released just before the 2014 elections and became a huge success. We wanted to make another film with the same combination before this election as well. The story we initially planned had to be released exactly before the elections, and only then would the character and story connect properly. Since the election date was uncertain, we dropped that idea and brought Akhanda 2 forward.

Are you planning premieres?

Yes. We’ve applied for permissions. Once approved, we’ll announce premiere dates. It could be on the 4th evening, around 8 or 9 PM. We are keeping ticket rates reasonable.

Compared to Akhanda, the action seems to be much bigger in this film?

Lord Shiva means mass. Just like Shiva Tandavam is powerful, the action here is equally intense. The trishul used here cannot be used in any other film.

We shot the climax entirely in Georgia. It was originally planned in Kashmir, but due to the Pahalgam attack, permissions became an issue. We shot in extreme cold temperatures. We all wore sweaters in the cold, but Balayya garu performed in a sleeveless Aghora look and delivered an outstanding performance. Only he can pull that off; it would be impossible for anyone else.

Is there a chance for Akhanda 3?

There is scope for another film in this universe. It’s limitless. If Balayya garu and Boyapati garu want, anything is possible. The story we started here will be completed fully in this film.

In how many languages will it be released?

In all South languages and in Hindi. Apart from that, there is a language called Avadhi in Bihar. We are releasing it in that language too

Ustaad Bhagat Singh’s First Single Coming This Month

0

The moment for which PSPK fans have been waiting is arriving soon. The makers of Pawan Kalyan and Harish Shankar’s Ustaad Bhagat Singh have announced that the first single of Ustaad Bhagat Singh will arrive this month.

Harish Shankar’s movie songs have always worked big, and his film with PK, Gabbar Singh, is one of the best audio albums in Telugu cinema. The same combination is back for Ustaad Bhagat Singh, and the first single is releasing this month.

The team released a small glimpse of the song’s shoot, and Pawan Kalyan looks his best in the video, and we can see him enjoying the beat of the song as well.

The team is planning for an early summer release, and if there is any chance of Peddi Postponement, then the team can pick that date, or else the movie can be released in April.

Tough Luck for Bhagyashri Borse

0

Actress Bhagyashri Borse received big recognition at the very beginning of her career. She debuted with Mr. Bachchan, starring Ravi Teja, and proved that she can excel as a commercial heroine with her dances and on-screen sensuality or allure.

Thereafter, she did get continuous offers in notable films like Kingdom, Kaantha, and the recent release, Andhra King Taluka, and in all films, she delivered recognizable performances as well.

However, despite putting in all her efforts, Bhagyashri Borse is not getting the deserved box office success as an actress, which is very crucial for her career.

Kingdom, Kaantha, and Andhra King Taluka are not totally bad content films like Mr. Bachchan, and they have received positive WOM and reviews, but the movies did not deliver success at the box office. We need to see when Bhagyashri will score her 1st blockbuster success.
