We know that Superstar Mahesh Babu and Director Trivikram are joining hands after a gap of 12 years. This will be the 28th film in the career of Mahesh, and it is tentatively titled SSMB28. Mahesh – Trivikram combination is not only has a craze in fans, but it also has a huge hype neutral audience.
So, it is natural that the combo is doing miracles with pre-release business too. OTT giant Netflix has bought the digital rights of the film for a record price and the film is getting record offers for satellite, dubbing and music rights too.
According to the reports, they expect the film to do 150 crores business with its non-theatrical business only. And for theatrical rights, it is being said that they are quoting Non SSR record shares in all territories.
Overall, the Telugu states business of SSMB28 is quoted at 150 Crores, and it will easily do a minimum of 130 Crores business and in overseas the film is a hot cake as both Mahesh Babu and Trivikram are the biggest stars of overseas. A minimum of 160 Crores business is expected from the theatrical business.
So if we put the amounts together from theatricals and non theatricals, the movie easily can do 300 Crores business which is a massive number for a non Pan Indian film. Let’s wish that Mahesh Babu and Trivikram will live up to the hype their combination has and deliver a solid blockbuster.
