The countdown has started and it’s just a matter of a couple of days before Balakrishna’s Akhanda releases worldwide. This much anticipated Balayya- Boyapati combo has got fans on their feet in excitement and the stunning pre-release business is proof of that.
However, the AP Government’s ticket pricing policies and no early shows have turned out to be a dampener in East Godavari. The film disappointingly has zero hires in East Godavari. This has made recovery for the distributors a daunting task. Not just East, but the situation across many regions is getting affected because of AP Government’s policy.
Balakrishna’s Akhanda business was earlier closed for Rs 59Crs. But due to the current ticket price issue and with only 4 shows per day in AP the business is now revised.
The film will release on December 2nd. The additional cast featuring Srikanth as protagonist and Jagapathi Babu in a key role has surely raised the anticipation for the film. Akhanda stars Pragya Jaiswal as the female lead and will hit the screens on December 2nd.
