The actor’s latest film ‘Writer Padmabhushan’ released on Friday, February 3. Written and directed by Shanmukha Prasanth, the film has received positive reviews from the audience. Suhas appears as a middle-class youth named Padmabhushan, while Ashish Vidyarthi, and Rohini are his parents in the movie.
As per the trade reports, ‘Writer Padmabhushan’ had an excellent Sunday at the box office, collecting over Rs 5 crores gross worldwide for 3 days. We can say that the film recorded the career-best numbers for Suhas. The film has also performed well overseas. It has reportedly grossed over $200k at the USA box office. In Nizam it crossed 1 crore mark.
Trade circles are expecting the film to collect over 10 crores gross worldwide in its full run. The film improved its collections by picking up more numbers on second day than first day, and the third day it has got terrific numbers.
Writer Padmabhushan’ is the story of a 25-year-old aspiring author named Padmabhushan living in Vijayawada, who sets off on a roller-coaster ride full of nice fun and simple emotions with his middle-class family. The movie’s cinematography was conducted by Venkat R. Shakamuri. Editing was taken care of by Kodati Pavan Kalyan and Siddharth Thatholu. Shekar Chandra and Kalyan Nayak composed the soundtrack of the film.
