Netflix’s latest anthology Lust Stories 2 premiered last week to mostly poor reviews and constant comparisons with its predecessor- Lust Stories. Netizen believed that the previous version was much better and that the second part lacked the thrill and fun. Lust Stories starred 4 stories directed by R. Balki, Sujoy Ghosh, Konkona Sen Sharma, and Amit Ravindernath Sharma. The show features Kajol, Tamannah, Amruta Subhash, Vijay Verma, and Mrunal Thakur along with others across four stories.
Tamannah’s role in the anthology has managed to grab a lot of headlines with the actress’ steamy sequences with boyfriend Vijay Verma attracting some criticism.
Tamannah revealed that her bold scenes made it difficult for her to watch the movie with her family. “My portrayal in ‘Lust Stories 2’ has become a topic of discussion. However, I aspire to be an actress who not only meets but exceeds the expectations of my fans. Admittedly, watching those intimate scenes with my family was a tad uncomfortable. Even while filming those moments, I felt a twinge of unease. Yet, as an artist, I understand the demands of my craft and embrace the challenges it presents,” she said
