Vikram’s Cobra was released on August 31st to mixed reviews and scattered occupancies. The action thriller featured Vikram in a dual role and had cricketer Irfan Pathan making his big screen debut. While the Telugu version failed terribly, the original Tamil version did well initially and later saw massive drops in all the territories.
The film has now made its way to OTT and is streaming on Sony Liv. Along with the original Tamil version, the film will also be made available in Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada dubbed languages. No details about the Hindi dubbed version have been out yet.
Sony Liv made the announcement on social media with a post that read
“The battle between the Interpol and the international criminal. Watch COBRA on Sony LIV Coming to you from Sept 28 Available in Tamil | Telugu | Malayalam | Kannada”
Cobra also stars Srinidhi Shetty, Roshan Matthew, and many others. Ajay Gnanamuthu is the writer as well as the director of Cobra. Lalit Kumar is the film’s producer and AR Rahman is the music director.
