Vijay’s Leo plans nationwide paid premiers across India

Leo, the Lokesh Kanagaraj and Thalapathy Vijay’s upcoming action thriller, is one of the most anticipated Kollywood movies of the year. The film’s trailer is set to be released this evening. Meanwhile, the inside reports strongly suggest that the film’s team is planning nationwide paid premiers across India.

There is no permission for the special shows in Tamil Nadu State. While the premier shows in Overseas will start before the time, and they cannot delay those premiers. So to make both happen at the same time, the team of Leo said to be planning for paid premiers in Tamil Nadu that will compensate the early shows revenue.

Even the distributors also interested to screen the paid premiers, so nationwide premiers are expected for the film Leo which also boasts the buzz on the film. If the premiers open with positive talk, then the movie will have bumper start in other languages as well.

The return of the Vijay – Trisha combo after 15 long years is another highlight of the film. The duo last worked together in Kuruvi (2008). Leo is also a second collaboration between Vijay and director Lokesh Kanagaraj after Master. The film further features Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Sarja, Mysskin, Gautam Vasudev Menon, and Sandy in key roles with Anirudh Ravichander composing the tunes. Lalith Kumar has produced the film, Leo, under the banner of Seven Screen Studio.
