Vijay’s Leo completed Censor formalities

Leo, the upcoming action thriller of Thalapathy Vijay and Lokesh Kanagaraj has completed its Censor formalities today. Lokesh Kanagaraj has announced this on his X (formerly known as Twitter) page. The team sent 2 hours 43 minutes of footage to the Censor and the Board is said to have finalized for the same length as well.

It has been announced that the trailer for Leo will be released tomorrow. Vijay’s clash with a hyena in a snowy area was depicted on the announcement poster. The fans who have seen this are eagerly anticipating many surprises in the film. According to reports, heavy VFX work was involved for a sequence in the film where a Lion will fight alongside Vijay.

This Lokesh Kanagaraj’s film is said to be packed with action. To put it simply, he is said to have presented a gangster film that is filled with blood. His previous film, Vikram is also made in similar lines. That is why the Censor Board has given Leo a U/A certificate to confirm that it will also be a blood splatter as. per the expectations.

Another highlight of the movie is the return of the Vijay-Trisha combo after 15 long years. The duo last worked together in Kuruvi (2008). Leo is also a second collaboration between Vijay and director Lokesh Kanagaraj after Master. The film further features Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Sarja, Mysskin, Gautam Vasudev Menon, and Sandy in key roles with Anirudh Ravichander composing the tunes. Lalith Kumar has produced the film, Leo, under the banner of Seven Screen Studio.
