Thalapathy Vijay is no doubt one of the biggest Tamil superstars of this generation. Usually, actors go to directors for scripts but with Vijay, it is the other way around.
However, his list few script selections has left his fans and audiences puzzled. While Beast was a complete failure in terms of execution, it was the choice of Varisu that left people confused. Most of his fans were unhappy with his choice of working with Vamsi Paidipally.
Now, Vijay seems to have committed his next film under the Super Good Films banner and it looks like Veera Simha Reddy director Gopichand Malineni has impressed Vijay with a script. The story has also almost been finalized.
But at the same time, Vijay also has another option of working with Karthik Subbaraj. And, owing to Karthik Subbaraj’s brilliant filmography and also his Tamil sensibilities, the fans of Vijay want him to pick the latter director. But, it is to be seen what Vijay decides to do finally.
He is currently busy shooting for the final schedule of the Lokesh Kanagaraj directorial Leo. 50% of the shoot has already been completed in no time and the remaining will be completed very soon. He will start shooting for his next project after a short break from the Leo sets.
