Vijay Deverakonda’s Liger has completed its censor formalities and is all set to release on 25th August. The film is 2 Hours 20 minutes long and has been given UA certification. As per the censor talk, Liger is an out-and-out mass entertainer loaded with some huge commercial elements.
The pre-release business has been quite good and the overseas bookings have also been quite encouraging. Traditionally, overseas has been a weak area for director Puri Jagannadh. But, with Vijay joining his side, the bookings are happenings at a brisk pace much to the movie unit’s excitement.
It has been more than two years since we saw Vijay Deverakonda on the big screen. His last movie World Famous Lover got released on February 14, 2020. The movie had a pretty bad run at the box office and fans are waiting for something bigger and much more.
The sports action drama also stars Ananya Pandey and Ramya Krishnan and will release on 25th August. Karan Johar and Puri are jointly producing the film. Vijay Deverakonda’s Liger will release in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Hindi as well as in Malayalam.
