Vijay Devarakonda is one who has the best pull in Tier 2 Heroes. All his films get super openings at the box office. His recent failure, Liger also got record opening in Tier 2 Heroes even with outright disaster talk now the same is happening with his upcoming film Kushi. The advance bookings of the film have been trending on a strong note despite weak promotions.
The trade is expecting a huge opening for the film. After that, if the word of mouth comes positive on the day 1, then definitely the film will have a massive weekend at the box office. The theatrical rights of Kushi are valued at around 52Cr and as said above, if the talk is positive then Vijay Devarakonda can easily pull this business.

Hesham Abdul Wahab, who has scored the music for the Malayalam film Hrudayam is composing the tunes for the film.
Kushi is scheduled to be released in theaters on September 1 in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam languages.
