Balakrishna’s Veera Simha Reddy, Chiranjeevi’s Waltair Veerayya, Ajith’s Thunivu, and Vijay’s Varisu are the four big-ticket films lined up for Sankranti release. Out of these four, Veera Simha Reddy and Thunivu will be getting a first-release advantage for the festive season.
The release dates have been confirmed for all the movies. Thunivu is releasing on 11th Jan and Varisu is releasing on 12th. In Tollywood, Veera Simha Reddy is releasing on the 12th and Waltair Veerayya will release a day later on the 13th of January. In Telugu, Balakrishna has the release day advantage while in Tamil, Thunivu has the advantage.
If these movies register a good talk on Day 1, then it will boost their box office potential immensely. With four big-star movies releasing for Sankranti 2023, it is extremely crucial to get positive talk and reviews.
