Bollywood Actor Varun Dhawan and Actress Samantha have paired up for their Web series, Citadel: Honey Bunny. The series created by Raj and DK is Varun Dhawan’s debut on the OTT space alongwith Samantha’s second venture after Family Man: Season 2. The trailer of Citadel: Honey Bunny released yesterday and has promised a big action ride coming audience’s way.
The series is also the adaptation of Amercian original series, Citadel. Varun Dhawan and Samantha both played spy roles in the series with loads of action and fun elements as well. The series is also scheduled to release on November 7th. The team appeared for a press meet as well during the trailer launch.
Varun Dhawan while speaking at the event said that he had been a fan of Samantha since Makkhi/Eega. He also appreciated the efforts of Samantha put for the series even while battling with her physical ailment. The series also stars Kay Kay Menon, Simran Saqib Saleem, Sikandar Kher, Soham Majumdar, Shivankit Parihar, and Kashvi Majmundar in pivotal roles.
