Uppena released last week is running successfully at the Boxoffice with its 1st week collections looking at 38cr. The debut trio Vaishnav Tej, Krithi Shetty and buchi babu sana have received equal applause from the audience.
Other directors from the industry too showered their praise on Buchi Babu Sana on his memorable debut. In particular,Sandeep Reddy Vanga and Puri Jagannadh. Team Uppena is planning to remake the film in Hindi and these two directors offered help to take Uppena to Bollywood. Puri jagannadh was particularly impressed with Buchi Babu Sana’s handling of the climax and further commented about how the film is attracting this generation girls. We would have to wait and see if Uppena Bollywood remake would go through.
