The only way to minimize is to release their films. As Theaters across the world continued to be shut down only possible way is to release it on OTT Platforms.
A few days back Amazon Prime Video has officially announced that they are releasing 7 feature films on their platform directly. These 7 films are from various film industries. Now, Netflix is grabbing the deals of a few other films. Yesterday both Netflix and makers of Gunjan Saxena have announced their direct release. Gunjan Saxena is the true story of the first woman air force officer. This film will be showcasing her back story at the 1999 Kargil war. This Bollywood film stars Janhvi Kapoor as lead and produced by Karan Johar under Dharma Productions. Gunjan Saxena will be streaming on Netflix may be from July 1st week. And another film that will be having direct OTT Release is from Tollywood. As we reported earlier Baahubali producer who made Umamaheswara UgraRoopasya will be having its direct Release on Netflix. This film is directed by Venkatesh Maha and an offical announcement regarding its release is awaited.
