The latest news is that Tollywood’s IT Raids have ended.
The IT raids started on Tuesday and the team continued the process for 3 days, and it is said to have been concluded last night. Though there were a few rumors of political targets being included in these raids, it is said to be a common practice for Tollywood as IT raids happen very regularly.
55 Teams conducted IT Raids on Telugu Film Producers:
As said above, the IT raids at the residences and offices of film personalities ended yesterday. I-T officials conducted searches at 16 locations over three days. As many as 55 teams conducted searches at the residences of film producers and directors. The I-T raids at Dil Raju’s house, which lasted for nearly three days, were completed yesterday.
Meanwhile, Venkatesh said that he was not aware that the I-T officials were conducting searches at Dil Raju’s house for the last three days. At a promotional event of Sankranthiki Vasthunam, Anil Ravipudi spoke about the same.
