Dil Raju, the head of the Telugu Film Chamber, guided a group of influential figures in the film industry to meet Komatireddy and express their gratitude for his new role as the cinematography minister.
On December 21, Komatireddy will accompany these TFI members for a special meeting with Telangana’s newly appointed Chief Minister, Revanth Reddy.

As soon as Komatireddy Venkat Reddy took charge as the new cinematography minister, he expressed his dissatisfaction that no one from the industry except Dil Raju had wished or congratulated him on becoming the minister.
After his response, the industry people said they were planning to meet him and would soon meet and congratulate him. The Telugu Producers wanted to maintain a healthier relationship between government and industry.
