Ram Pothineni’s The Warrior is all set to release on 14th July and trade circles have pinned high expectations on this action entertainer. After a series of unsuccessful films in June and early July, fans are hoping that this Lingusamy project will bring the much-awaited fire to the box office.

However, reality seems to be far from true. The Warrior is seeing below-average advance bookings and it has raised some concerns among the trade circles.

The advance bookings have opened in Hyderabad and they are shockingly low. The bookings started on a very poor note and it has to pick in the next 1-2 days to get a good opening. Theatrical rights for Ceeded have fetched the makers Rs 6 crores while the Andhra region has been sold for a massive Rs 18 crores. Nizam region has been acquired in the Rs 12-13 crores range. The Telugu version rights will be in the range of Rs 40 crores making it the best theatrical business in Ram’s career.
