The first big release of 2026 from the Telugu film industry, The Raja Saab, resulted in a big disappointment at the box office. Nowadays, except for a few Pan-Indian Films, many Telugu movies arrive on the digital field four weeks after theatrical release. The Raja Saab is also following the same route and is set to arrive on OTT.
Directed by Maruthi, the horror comedy fantasy was released in theaters this Sankranthi and failed to impress audiences, ending up as a big loss venture with just around 200 Cr gross worldwide.
One of the major streaming platforms, Jio Hotstar, officially added The Raja Saab in its library, announcing the OTT arrival of the film, and mentioned 6th February as the streaming date in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada.
