Thandel, the latest film of Naga Chaitanya directed by Chandoo Mondeti is based on real-life incidents involving fishermen caught in Pakistan. The film is a mix of love and patriotism. Till now, the film has been portrayed as a love story but it mainly deals with this serious concept that was hidden by the team. This happens to be the decider of Thandel’s fate.
This theme of Patriotism is also a risky one as Audience is still not prepared for this in the film. If this connects well, then the film will work at the box office undoubtedly. The love portion that has been shown till now received good response, as said, striking gold on YouTube with the views for its songs.
All the eyes are now on how Director Chandoo Mondeti would deal with the patriotic sequences and how Naga Chaitanya excels himself in the role. There is also only one glimpse shown on this in the Teaser and the rest dealt only with the love story.
The trailer of the film is set to release on 28th January and this definitely would showcase the other angle involving the Patriotism plot.
