Telugu Film Producers Council Conducting A Meeting To Revive The Theatrical Market

It is common news now that the theatrical market has suffered a lot in the recent few years due to COVID-19. The concerned members have been actively trying to solve this problem but nothing seems to be helping.

The Telugu Film Producers Council has conducted several meetings to tackle this issue but no conclusive solution has been obtained. The council is now planning to conduct another meeting to tackle a lot of issues surrounding the theatrical market.

In a press note that was released today, the members of the council have been asked to meet on 21st July 2022 to discuss the following agenda. A special general body meeting will take place at Hyderabad in the Filmnagar Housing Complex.

The agenda of the special general body meeting will be to discuss the various aspects surrounding the theatrical business. The council will discuss the role of OTT in the theatrical revenue model, VPF charges, Role of Managers, Artists/Technician issues.

They will also be discussing the ticket rates being imposed on big and medium-budgeted movies. Working conditions, rates as well as the cost of production will also be given special emphasis. It is also mentioned that the meeting will involve the matters of Fighters Union and Federation issues.
