Swathi Muthyam, which stars Bellamkonda Ganesh and Varsha Bollamma in the lead roles, has been released in OTT today. The movie marks Ganesh’s debut and his work has been appreciated by everyone who has watched the film.
Initially, the makers planned to release Swathi Muthyam on October 28, 2022. However, after due consideration and demand from the audience, the digital release has been preponed to October 24, 2022, i.e. today.
The story of Swathi Muthyam revolves around Balu, an innocent young man who is pure at heart and is about to marry a woman named Bhagya Lakshmi. But one incident from the past eventually affects his marriage and changes his life.
What happened in the past and how Balu does manage the situations becomes the crux of the film.
Critics and audience gave decent reviews for the film but according to the trade circles, Swathi Muthyam didn’t have a successful theatrical run. Makers of the film are hoping that the movie will get benefitted from the early OTT release as it received good reviews.
Swathi Muthyam movie has been produced by Sitara Entertainments in association with Fortune Four Cinemas. Naga Vamsi produced this movie. Along with Ganesh and Varsha, Naresh, Rao Ramesh, Goparaju Ramana, Subbaraju, Vennela Kishore, Sunayana and Divya Sripada played other important roles in this movie.
Mahati Swara Sagar composed the music and Surya provided the cinematography. Avinash Kolla worked as the art director while Naveen Nooli handled the editing duties.
