There is a rumor running on in Kollywood that the release date of Rajinikanth’s Jailer will be changed. It is said that Jailer will compete with the Mahesh Babu – Trivikram’s SSMB28 at the box office.
We know that Mahesh Babu’s 28th film which is being directed by Trivikram Srinivas, is going to release on August 11. Now there is a probability of Rajinikanth’s film Jailer also be releasing on the same day.
First, the film unit announced that they will release the film on April 14. But it is reported that there is a possibility of a change in the release date. Kollywood circles say that Jailer will be postponed for three months because of unavoidable reasons. It is said that the film production company Sun Pictures is planning to release the film on August 11 instead of April 14.
Anirudh will compose the music for the film while the big-budget action entertainer will be bankrolled by Sun Pictures. The film will also feature Ramya Krishnan, Mohanlal, Shivarajkumar, Sunil and Tamannaah and with such a packed cast of talented stars, the film looks like a feast for the fans.
Nelson Dileep Kumar, who earlier directed Beast and Doctor, will be directing Rajinikanth’s Jailer. Superstar Rajinikanth fans are eagerly waiting for this film, and they will be very disappointed with the news of release date’s postponement.
